We’ll have three varieties on hand all the time: 1) sausage, 2) pepperoni, and 3) veggie (mushroom, onion & green pepper).

And we’ll even customize your Chicago-style. Just call us a couple days ahead to let us know what you want.

Directions

Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid & lift pizza out of the pan. Wipe away condensation from the pan & lightly oil the pan. Return the pizza to the pan & place pan on a baking sheet. Bake on the middle oven rack until cheese melts & crust becomes dark golden brown. (45-50 minutes) Baking times vary according to the oven.

  1. Hi. I live in Terre haute and have been wanting to try your pizza for sometime but haven’t quite made the drive over yet. I noticed from FB that you have frozen take n bake pizza. I wanted to know if you keep these on hand all the time or would I need to order ahead to take some home? Thanks

    1. Kim,
      We have a few available on hand everyday. Just sausage, just pepperoni, and veggie ( mushroom, onion, green pepper). If you would like a specific topping combo you would need to let us know a couple days ahead of time so we could get it made and frozen for you.

  3. I live in Terre Haute too and I was wondering if you make a specific type of Chicago pizza. My best friend loves Lou Malnatti’s pizza with the sausage patty layer, spinach and mozarella. Evidently having the sausage cover the whole pizza makes all the difference! So, can you make this? Also, light on the red sauce. Thanks

    1. Kathy, our deep dish pizzas are very similar to Malnatti’s. We make our sausage in house and all deep dish’s that come with sausage on them begin with slices of mozzarella then a thick layer of the sausage.
